Rules:

 

• Content of the paper submitted must pertain to one of the topics alloted

• Maximum of two members per team is allowed

• The participant should be part of only a single team and a team is allowed to submit only one paper

• The paper should be submitted as an MS Word document (.doc format only) with Times New Roman font (size 12) and single spacing

• 2-column (IEEE format) should be adopted

• Each teams must bring three hard copies of their papers during the presentation

• The papers are selected based on criteria such as effectiveness of solution proposed and innovative nature

• Participation certificates will be awarded for the shortlisted candidates

• Decision of judges will be final and it will be binding to all

It means organizing data in a comprised format along with explaining the particular concept in front of audience with clarity and confidence. STAGE 1: ONLINE PAPER SUBMISSION

 

• The paper must be sent to acumen2k16paper@gmail.com

• The subject of the mail should strictly be "PAPER_PRESENTATION - Title of the Paper"

• The last date for submission of the paper is 20 - Feb -2016. Extended upto 28 - Feb - 2016. 

• Selection of first stage will be intimated through mail on or before 29 - Feb -2016 / 01 - Mar - 2016.

STAGE 2: CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION:

 

• If your paper is selected, Confirm your Participation on or before 02 - Mar -2016.

• If not confirmed, your paper will be rejected

 

STAGE 3: ON STAGE PRESENTATION:

 

• The final round will be on-stage during Acumen 2k16.

• The participants are required to present their paper, in person.

• The participant will be given 6 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Queries.

• The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
